created this policy to ensure a fair and transparent refund process.

2. Shared Hosting — 30-Day Money Back Guarantee
- New customers are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of their initial purchase.
- The 30-day guarantee applies to first-time purchases only.
- Refund requests must be submitted via support ticket or email.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
- Accounts violating our Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for refunds.
3. VPS Services — Non-Refundable
- All VPS orders are non-refundable once provisioned.
- If provisioning fails due to an ABHAX error, a full refund will be issued.
- Clients should review VPS specifications carefully before ordering.
4. Domain Registration — Non-Refundable
- Domain registrations, transfers and renewals are non-refundable once processed.
- Registry fees are incurred immediately upon registration.
- Failed registrations that are charged will be fully refunded.
- Duplicate orders may be refunded after verification.
5. Google Workspace — Non-Refundable
- Google Workspace orders become non-refundable once activated.
- This policy follows Google's reseller program requirements.
- Failed activations caused by ABHAX may qualify for a refund.
6. Annual Plans
- Annual plans may qualify for a pro-rata refund during the first 30 days.
- After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable.
- No refund will be issued for annual plans cancelled after the refund window.
7. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy
- Fraudulent activity or account abuse
- Downtime caused by third-party providers
- Client-side errors or misconfigurations
- Change of mind after the refund period
- Service renewals
- Setup fees where applicable
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
- Clients should contact support before initiating a chargeback.
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
- ABHAX reserves the right to recover chargeback fees and balances.
- Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to relevant authorities.
9. Service Credits
In cases where a refund is not applicable, ABHAX may provide service credits.
- Credits may be used toward future ABHAX services.
- Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Credits expire after 12 months from the issue date.
10. How To Request A Refund

- Open a Billing & Payments support ticket
- Provide:
- Full Name
- Account Email Address
- Order Number
- Reason For Refund Request
- Our billing team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
- If approved, your refund will be processed accordingly.
