Please read these Terms carefully before using ABHAX services.

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ABHAX's website, hosting services, domain registration, VPS solutions and Google Workspace reselling ("Services"). By purchasing or using any ABHAX service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

ABHAX is a global hosting provider registered in the United Kingdom and Pakistan with operations serving clients worldwide.

2. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
  • You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • ABHAX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts providing false information.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use ABHAX services for:

  • Sending unsolicited bulk emails (spam)
  • Hosting malware, viruses or malicious code
  • Phishing, fraud or illegal activities
  • Copyright infringement or distribution of pirated content
  • Hosting illegal pornographic material
  • Cryptocurrency mining without prior written approval
  • DDoS attacks or network disruption
  • Storing or distributing illegal content
  • Violating the rights of third parties

ABHAX reserves the right to immediately suspend any account found in violation of this policy without prior notice or refund.

4. Payment Terms

  • All services are billed in advance on the selected billing cycle.
  • Prices are displayed in GBP and exclude applicable taxes.
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal.
  • ABHAX reserves the right to change pricing with 7 days notice.
  • Annual pricing remains fixed during the active billing period.
  • Late or failed payments may result in service suspension.

5. Refund Policy

  • 30-day money-back guarantee applies to eligible shared hosting plans.
  • Domain registrations, transfers and renewals are non-refundable.
  • VPS services become non-refundable once provisioned.
  • Google Workspace orders become non-refundable once activated.
  • No refunds for accounts suspended due to policy violations.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

6. Service Availability & Uptime

  • ABHAX targets 99.9% network uptime.
  • Scheduled maintenance may occur periodically.
  • Infrastructure outages may cause downtime.
  • DDoS attacks beyond mitigation capacity.
  • Force majeure and natural disasters.
  • Client-side configuration issues.

7. Data & Backups

  • Daily backups may be performed as a courtesy service.
  • Backups are not guaranteed.
  • Clients should maintain independent backups.
  • ABHAX is not liable for data loss.
  • Data recovery may incur additional charges.

8. Domain Registration

  • Domain registrations are subject to registry and ICANN rules.
  • Renewal remains the client's responsibility.
  • Renewal reminders may be sent but are not guaranteed.
  • Expired domains may incur redemption fees.
  • ABHAX may release expired domains back to the registry.

9. VPS Services

  • Resources are dedicated after provisioning.
  • Clients are responsible for server management and security.
  • OS-level support is not included on unmanaged plans.
  • Illegal use may result in immediate termination.
  • Excessive resource usage may lead to suspension.

10. Google Workspace Reselling

  • ABHAX resells Google Workspace under Google's reseller program.
  • Pricing and availability may change according to Google policies.
  • ABHAX is not responsible for changes made by Google.
  • Clients must comply with Google's Terms of Service.

11. Suspension & Termination

ABHAX reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice if:

  • Payment is overdue by more than 7 days.
  • The account violates the Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Fraudulent activity is detected.
  • The account poses a security risk.

Upon termination, all associated account data may be permanently deleted.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Total liability shall not exceed payments made during the previous 30 days.
  • ABHAX shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • ABHAX shall not be liable for business, revenue or data loss.
  • Use of services is entirely at your own risk.

13. Privacy Policy

ABHAX processes personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

ABHAX reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
